The CNC uses this value alongside the gear ratio and ball screw pitch to determine the "Detection Unit" (the smallest moveable distance the CNC recognizes).

Final Grid Position = Natural Grid Point + Value(Parameter 1860)

Do not use Parameter 1860 to compensate for a worn ballscrew or loose coupling. Fix the mechanical problem first.
