You need a clean, cracked, or CD-installed version of URT 3 (typically found on MyAbandonware or similar archives as the game is no longer sold commercially).

Copy the original Data folder and paste it into a safe backup directory. If a mod breaks the game, you can simply restore this folder.

Is there a limitation on the number of files to be saved or viewed?
Clipboxes itself does not restrict the volume. You can save and view as many files as the storage on your device allows you to.
