If a save file is truly corrupted (the data inside the file is broken), it is often impossible to "repair" it. The solution is usually to replace the broken file with a fresh or downloaded one.

Go to Save Data Utility , find the PES 2013 files, and delete only the "Edit Data" file. This often bypasses "Load Failure" errors.
